Children's Ministries
Sunday School
It is during the Sunday School hour where our kids aged 5 to 5th grade
are guided in their faith journey by enthusiastic teachers. We are currently using the “Hands On Bible” curriculum where the children are learning stories from the Bible and how to apply them in their everyday lives. Immediately following the Children's Time during the 9:00 a.m. worship service

Available for ages 3 & 4 in “The Zoo” Room 205
•Children's Class
Available for Kindergarten through Grade 5 in “The Ark Gallery” Room 202, “FPC Kid Cinema” Room 203
Children's Church
Sunday morning immediately following Children's Time at the 11:00 a.m. worship service.
Our mission here at FPC is to transform the lives of children by nurturing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and interacting with God’s word: that they might go out into the world and share Christ’s love.
It is our hope at FPC that every child that enters our doors will be nurtured and grow in their relationship with Jesus and with others.
Nursery
We offer a nursery every Sunday morning, beginning at 9:00 am, where infants are nurtured and cared for and toddlers to age 4 have the opportunity to play and explore in a loving, safe and clean environment. Parents can enjoy the worship service knowing that their child is being well taken care of!
The Nursery is located in "Noah's Neighborhood" in Room 204.

Recreational Sports
First Presbyterian also offers an Upward Sports Program for those who are interested. Upward Sports, the world’s largest Christian sports program for children was created to provide the best sports experience possible for every child. If you would like your child to participate in our winter Basketball program, please contact the church office for more information - 757-722-0006
